Who qualifies

• You qualify if your startup meets all of the following:
• Once your credits are confirmed, all eligible usage-based features will be automatically deducted from your credit balance or applied at no cost as a program benefit
• Some advanced features must be manually enabled by our team before you can access them
• Registrar Services: Domain registration and renewal fees are not eligible for credit deductions

• Our review process typically takes up to 48 hours

Step by step

1. Apply online; tiers depend on funding stage and partner referral.
2. Login Dashboard Contact sales
3. Start building Dashboard Login
4. Your startup has a live website we can verify
5. However, if you manage multiple distinct startups, you are welcome to apply for each one using different account IDs and email addresses

Common rejection reasons

• The following products and services are currently excluded from Startup Program credit coverage:
• Registrar Services: Domain registration and renewal fees are not eligible for credit deductions
• Enterprise Feature Add-Ons: These are excluded by default, but you can request access by emailing us at startups@cloudflare.com
• Premium Network Services: Magic Transit, Enterprise Spectrum, Dedicated IPs, and the China Network are excluded and require a dedicated contracted plan

Tips & fine print

• The additional credits will still expire at the end of your original 12-month cohort window
• Credits are valid for one year or until fully consumed, whichever comes first
• Credits are non-transferable, nonrefundable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, purchased, or bartered
